Arrival Procedures
Drive to the pre-arranged location at Gatwick North or South Terminal (see directions) You will be met by a uniformed driver who will check your car, collect your e-mail booking confirmation and take the keys. Your car will be driven to a secured compound. You proceed direct to check in.

Departure Procedures
On return from your holiday, once you have cleared customs, simply call 07801 142165 or if unsuccessful 01293 863322 then proceed to arrivals following signs for car rental. Your car will be delivered for you to drive home at the same place you were met on arrival.

Distance to Airport
You're met at the Terminal. Cars are stored in a secured compound close to the airport.

Directions to Airport
You will be met at either North or South Terminal as specified in your booking. Follow the directions below to meet your driver. SOUTH TERMINAL: As you drive into the main entrance to Gatwick South Terminal keep to the offside lane and do not go up to the upper level. Follow signs for arrivals, as the road bends to the right you will see the car rental building on your left. There is a waiting area outside this building. This is where you are met. Look out for a driver with a Maple Manor board. NORTH TERMINAL: As you drive into the main entrance to Gatwick North take the middle lane. Do not go to the upper level. Follow the signs for cars only (marked with a car sign on the road surface). Drive to the other end of this road where you will be met outside the car rental building. Look out for a driver with a Maple Manor board. You can call Maple Manor on 07801 142165 when you are on the M23 to re-confirm they are waiting for you.

Transfers
No transfers are required. Once your car is picked you proceed directly to check in!

Security Measures
The compound to which your car is taken is fully fenced and manned 24 hours a day.

No mobile homes, vans, lorries, caravans or trailers are permitted.

Disabled Facilities
Maple Manor cannot drive specially adapted vehicles but otherwise welcomes bookings from disabled customers.

Insurance
All cars parked or stored with Maple Manor will be on a proven direct negligence basis. Any loss or damage claims for vehicles must be made prior to the vehicle being handed over by Maple Manor. All vehicles will only be driven by qualified drivers and under Maple Manor's own specialist road risk insurance. Parking is at owner's own risk subject to printed terms and conditions.

Courtlands Car Storage
Courtlands is the closest off-airport car park to Gatwick. It provides a speedy transfer to the airport - aided by a private road linking it to the airport. Free transfers run every 20 minutes on a 24 hour basis to the South Terminal Terminal all year and the North Terminal in November to February .

Check-in Time
We recommend you arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your check in to allow time to park and be transferred to the Airport.

Arrival Procedures
Park in the arrivals area. Check-in at reception, hand-in your confirmation email (or quote your booking reference) along with your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you transfer to the terminal.

Departure Procedures
Call Courtlands on the number given to you at check-in, for your transfer back to the car park. Go to reception and hand in voucher given to you on arrival to exchange for car keys. Your car will be waiting for you in the reception area.

0.25 miles - 2 minutes South, 10 mins. North.

Directions to Airport
Exit M23 at junction 10, signposted Crawley/East Grinsted. Follow the Crawley signs to the next roundabout, taking the 5th Exit and driving back on yourself on the A2011, towards the motorway. After approximately half a mile take the slip road on the left to Crematorium. Turn left at the T-junction on to the B2036 for Horley. Go straight on at the next roundabout and Courtlands' entrance is approximately half a mile on the left.

Transfers
Purpose built coaches run every 20 minutes to and from both terminals 24 hours a day. Taking 2 minutes to the South Terminal and 10 minutes to the North. Please note that in the period March to October Gatwick Courtlands ONLY runs transfers to the South, and NOT the North Terminal.

Take a ticket from the barrier and follow the signs to the appropriate area and park your car. Proceed to a bus stop and await a bus to transfer you to the airport. During peak periods your keys may be taken and car parked for you.

Departure Procedures
After transferring back to the car park, providing your booking reference is printed on your entry ticket, drive to the exit barriers, insert your entry ticket and depart. Should the word 'Cashier' and NOT your booking reference appear on the entry ticket, park outside the exit office and exchange your entry ticket and email confirmation (or quote booking reference) for an exit ticket.

Follow the signs for Gatwick, then the South Terminal, then Long-Term car parks, clear yellow signage will then direct you to the Parking Voucher Holders Only Car Park on the left hand side. You are now following signs for Pre-booked parking only, which will take you to the entrance barriers.

Operate every 7-10 minutes, 24 hours a day, taking 2-4 minutes to and from the South Terminal only.

Arrival Procedures
You must call CPS on the number above as soon as possible after the booking has been made and no later than 7 days before arriving at the airport. The information they require is: name, Holiday Extras booking reference, flight numbers and times, and terminal of departure. They will confirm all arrangements with you. On the day of departure, drive to your departure terminal where an uniformed chauffeur is waiting to take your car to the car park.
